    Eva Fatimah Fauziah has counselled a variety of clients, including state-owned enterprises, foreign direct investment companies, and private companies, in a number of arbitration and litigation cases under different jurisdictions. Her experiences include arbitration administered under various arbitration rules such as ICC, SIAC, BANI, and UNCITRAL Rules. Some of her experience include:
    • representing a state-owned enterprise against a consortium of construction companies in an international arbitration seated in Singapore under the ICC Rules*;
    • representing a multinational bank in an arbitration under ICC Rules seated in Jakarta related to VAT dispute arising out of a sale of purchase of property contract*;
    • representing a foreign direct investment company against a state-owned enterprise’s subsidiary in relation to a dispute arising from built to transfer (BOT) contract in an ad hoc arbitration held under UNCITRAL Rules*
    • representing a multinational company in food manufacturing industry in a construction dispute under BANI Rules*
    • representing two companies in two parallel arbitrations under the ICC Rules seated in Singapore in a dispute related to an energy sector*;
    • representing a multinational energy company in a contentious environmental dispute in a district court in Indonesia;
    • representing a multinational energy company in a construction-related dispute under BANI Rules;.
    In addition to her practice, she also leads AP Law’s Legal Lab team, which focuses on legal research and publications. Eva herself focuses her writing in the area of dispute resolution and tort law. She has published many articles on arbitration and doing business in Indonesia. Eva holds a Bachelor of Law in Transnational Law from the University of Indonesia and an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution in a joint program between the University of Geneva and The Graduate Institute. When she’s not working, Eva indulges in her hobby of traveling, photography, watercolor painting, and pottery.
