We are immensely proud to have participated in the prestigious 9th Biennial Conference of the Asian Society of International Law (ASIANSIL) held in Depok – Bandung – Cimahi, Indonesia, this year. The paper presented at this distinguished conference, “An Overview of the Challenges and Opportunities of Sustainable Business Environment in Indonesia: Safeguarding Indigenous Peoples’ Cultural Heritage from Business-Induced Climate Losses,” penned by Sri Purnama and Fildza Nabila Avianti, illuminates a critical and timely issue.

Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage and the legal frameworks that protect it are subjects that must be at the forefront of our sustainable development goals.
