Last 24th October 2022 marks Anggraeni and Partners’ (“AP Law”) 10 years of footprint servicing clients as a Legal Services Firm. AP Law was founded in 2012 in Jakarta, by Irjen Pol (Purn) Drs. H. Mudji Waluyo, S.H., M.M. and Setyawati Fitri A, PhD Candidate, FCIArb., FAIADR. AP Law is a specialized dispute resolution firm with a multidimensional approach to providing service that covers foreseeing possible issues and managing the pre-emption, prevention, mitigation, and resolution of legal issues.
AP Law takes the worldview that dispute management encompasses a series of prudent actions beyond resolution. This means laying down a robust groundwork for any transaction and staying up to date with regulatory developments to safeguard and manage the risk of legal disputes.
Although the firm is considered fresh and young compared to the older law firms in Indonesia, AP Law has proven that their age does not hinder them from achieving their goals. Many accolades and awards have been obtained for all the associates working under the firm and the firm itself.
Nevertheless, it does seem like AP Law has always been thirsty for newness and transformation. Firmly standing for 10 years does not stop AP Law from always creating innovation within the firm’s internal and external scope. This year only, AP Law has been creating an impact on education and gender equality by participating in an International Day of the Girl Child in Temasek Independent School Bandung, AP Law’s researchers also have been selected to represent Indonesia on some international event such as The Younger Comparativists Committee (YCC) of the American Society of Comparative Law (ASCL) held in Boston, Massachusetts, at Northeastern University and, and the most recent is AP Law is now part of Lexology.com contributor.
On the purpose of expressing gratitude for the astounding 1-decade anniversary, AP Law conducted a Tumpengan and thankful prayer event, inviting all employees and members of Yayasan Manbaul Khairat. All guests are gathered in Nusantara Room at AP Law’s office, the new and fully renovated working space for AP Law’s Employees, designed and inspired by Nusantara — Indonesia Archipelago.
In her 1-decade anniversary forewords, Ibu Setyawati Fitri encourages all team to feel grateful, because only by the grace and permission of God, AP Law can stay strong and shine as a light. She also reminded the audiences that humility and wisdom must be shown to perform higher rather than just actualizing themselves and contributing to society. The second thing is to be united; let us unite all differences, unite determination, to give the best version of ourselves every day through AP Law culture and characters – Click-Q and DJEMPOLANKU.
Additionally, the birthday celebration agenda also consisted of the official launch of the Nusantara Room; hence, this year’s theme is, Let’s Unite in Diversity. Hopefully, this new room will ignite a new spirit for us to unite our minds to contribute positively to AP Law, our colleagues, clients, and society. Despite the diversity, remember that we are part of the archipelago – Indonesia.
The last message is to commit as a symbol of hope by providing rice tumpeng in the shape of a mountain. The mountains in the cone symbolize high hopes for the future of AP Law as a form of worship to God Almighty. The side dishes are placed horizontally, symbolizing the hope that the relationship between individuals in AP will always be harmonious, harmonious, and friendly. The seven kinds of tumpeng dishes symbolize Pitulungan: may we get guidance and help from God Almighty to realize AP Law’s vision and mission with all of the members of Anggraeni and Partners.
Let’s congratulate AP Law for 1-decade anniversary. (AAH, SPU, TWK )
