Spotlight on Universitas Prasetiya Mulya’s School of Law and International Studies : Shaping the Future of International Business Law

Recently, our Head of Domestic Civil Litigation, Reynalda Basya Ilyas S.H., LL.M., and Legal Lab Senior Researcher, Fildza Nabila S.H., LL.M., had the privilege of engaging with the esteemed faculty member of the School of Law and International Studies Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

We met with Ridha Aditya Nugraha, S.H., LL.M., the Vice Dean of Academic and Students Affairs and the faculty members Ibu Kartika Paramita, S.H., LL.M. and Fachry Hasani Habib S.H., LL.M. Each of them brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the university’s unique International Business Law program.

School of Law and International Studies Universitas Prasetiya Mulya stands at the intersection of law and business, offering three majors: International Comparative Commercial Law, International Maritime, Air, and Space Law, and Privacy and Cyber Security Law. It’s inspiring to see how they are preparing their students to navigate the complex world of international business law through practical learning and real-world case analysis.

Previously, Anggraeni and Partners had the honour of participating as speakers at the LEXINAR 2023. We spoke on the topic “The Pursuit of Maritime Hub: Assessment of Indonesia’s Attempts to Foster Global Trade”. We also participated as judges in the Legal Memo Competition Lexellence 2023 event held by the faculty. Now, we look forward to potential collaborations and are excited about what the future holds for the students of this program
